More and more couples are looking for plant-based or vegan catering for their weddings. So, we weren't surprised this past summer when we were invited to collaborate with Seattle photographer Alisha Trahms on a vegan wedding inspiration photoshoot. We created a delicious and creative vegan wedding menu which Alisha photographed beautifully. The location for the photoshoot was Woodinville Lavender, one of our favorite local wedding venues.
The "bride" wore a gorgeous dress from The Cotton Bride, a company that specializes in creating stylish, cool bridal designs in 100% natural cotton, linen, and silk. This is a perfect choice for a couple who are aligning their wedding with their personal values.
Vintage Ambiance provided the decor for this vegan wedding photoshoot. A specialty rental company, Vintage Ambiance, loves using antique, vintage, and salvaged treasure in their wedding decor. Cort Rentals provided everything a couple would need to host their guests.

Mixed greens tossed with roasted pears, shaved fennel, and candied walnuts, served with a lemon-maple vinaigrette
With roasted butternut squash, sun-dried tomatoes, and grilled zucchini tossed in sherry vinaigrette

Wow your guests with vegan appetizers including crispy black bean cakes with avocado pico de gallo served on a tortilla chip, grilled zucchini cups with quinoa and sundried tomatoes, and tortilla pinwheels with mashed sweet potato, sherried mushrooms, and fresh spinach.
