We have great news! On Safari Foods has partnered with Seattle’s best yoga studio, Spira Power Yoga, to create a Nutrition and Yoga challenge. The goal of this challenge is to combine low-carb Paleo-style meals (available for pickup or delivery weekly) with online lectures on nutrition and unlimited live online yoga for 21 days – long enough to see and make lasting changes to your general wellness. Spira is top-rated on Yoga Alliance, Yelp, Google, Facebook, and with over 300 reviews on Groupon. They have earned 4.5 to 5 stars everywhere!

Making good food choices is challenging enough. When you add the constraints we are currently facing around socially distant grocery shopping, limited access to farmers markets, and food outages, it is really hard to follow a healthy diet. That’s where On Safari Foods come in. We have created a 5-day low-carb Paleo-style menu of breakfasts and dinners that will be available for pickup or delivery each Monday of the challenge. You have the option to buy 5 days of breakfasts and dinners or just 5 days of dinners from On Safari Foods'online ordering menu. The menu will change each week of the challenge. We have also added some delicious Paleo-friendly snacks for purchase a la carte.

Participate in a lecture series by Heidi Peerman, a functional nutritional therapy practitioner, on nutrition that complements your food delivery from On Safari Foods. Lectures will be held on 3 Mondays in a row via Zoom from 8-9:15 pm to discuss the why's and the how's behind a healthy low-carb lifestyle. Heidi will discuss common mistakes and will give you tools for lasting success.

About Heidi Peerman
Heidi has always been passionate about health and movement. Through her teens, Heidi was a competitive swimmer and gymnast and later in life fell in love with mountain biking. She received her classical Pilates teacher certification in 2009 and has been teaching private lessons and mat classes ever since. In 2013 Heidi became certified as a Nutritional Therapist and is a firm believer that the combination of nourishing food and exercising the body and mind is the only path towards total wellness.
